Once you have decided on the design, material, lettering style and colour and of course, the wording together with any ornamentation you wish to include you are ready to place an order. Similarly with work you require to be carried out to an existing memorial.


We will send you a ‘Quotation’ detailing the work you require. Once the details have been finalised, following any amendments we will submit to you a ‘Confirmation of Order’ together with any cemetery or churchyard application forms that need to be signed. We will ask you to sign the confirmation of order and any drawings or layouts if they are included as well as the application forms and return them to us.


We ask for a 25% deposit at this stage.


We will then submit the application forms together with any fees payable to the authority concerned, and put the work in hand. Although order requirements vary, we try, weather permitting, to work to a ten week period for completion. Some will take longer.


As soon as the memorial is fixed we will endeavour to contact you to let you know, and forward our account for the balance.
